LiveSpo Donated 12,000 Boxes of Probiotics Worth Over 2.6 Billion VND and 50 Million VND to Support Support Flood-Affected Communities
Yagi, the strongest storm to hit the East Sea in three decades, made landfall on Vietnam’s northern coast on the evening of September 6. Until 17/9, a total of 329 people have been killed or gone missing as a result of super typhoon Yagi and subsequent flooding and landslides across the northern region, according to the Disasters and Dyke Management Authority.
Hundreds of families have lost their loved ones, and thousands of homes have been destroyed, leaving many in desperate need of support. The relentless rains, flash floods, and landslides have continued to wreak havoc, isolating communities and leaving countless people without access to essential supplies, food, and clean water.
Vietnamese Unites to Support Beloved Northern Vietnam
In response to this disaster, Vietnamese have once again demonstrated our deep-rooted tradition of solidarity and compassion. Volunteer groups across the country have been working tirelessly to support the northern communities, helping them recover from the aftermath of the floods. This effort goes beyond just material support, money, and manpower; it embodies the compassion and solidarity of Vietnamese people.
Recognizing our responsibility to the community, LiveSpo has collaborated with charitable organizations and pharmacies to quickly provide much-needed health products and medicines to the hardest-hit areas, including Thai Nguyen, Tuyen Quang, Yen Bai, Bac Kan, Bac Giang, Phu Tho and Vinh Phuc.
LiveSpo Donated Health Supplies And Money To Flood-Affected Families
In the heavily impacted areas, issues regarding food safety and clean water remain unresolved, exacerbating health problems, particularly digestive issues. To address these urgent needs, LiveSpo has donated 12,000 boxes of spore probiotics, including LiveSpo DIA30 (which helps stop acute diarrhea in 30 minutes), LiveSpo CLAUSY (which alleviates digestive issues caused by antibiotics), and LiveSpo COLON (which helps reduce colitis), with a total value approximately 2.6 billion VND, hoping to support the recovery and improvement of digestive health issues.
Beyond providing essential products, LiveSpo has called on all our employees to join the fundraising campaign “LiveSpo People Unite to Share the Losses from Storm Yagi”. From the total amount raised, LiveSpo has allocated 50,000,000 VND to support flood-affected communities through the Vietnam Fatherland Front – Central Relief Committee. The remaining funds will be used by LiveSpo Trade Union to assist employees’ families affected by the floods.
As a pioneer in biotechnology and health innovation, LiveSpo is dedicated to protecting the well-being of both its communities and the environment.
