What is spore probiotics?

What is spore probiotics?

Spore probiotics are beneficial live bacteria, existing under a form called spore. In other words, spore probiotics are a "hibernation" state into which beneficial bacteria turn themselves when facing an unfavorable factor.

The Preeminences That Are Only In Spore Probiotics

01
Heat resistance

Spore probiotics can withstand a temperature of up to 80 degrees Celsius. Products containing spores probiotics can be taken with warm or hot water without changing the product quality as well as the effect of beneficial bacteria to the body. This is what ordinary beneficial bacteria in vegetative state (Lactobacillus, Bifidobacteria) cannot do.

02
Time resistance

Spore probiotics have an infinite lifespan. For commercial products, the registered shelf life is 24-36 months. In fact, beneficial bacteria capable of forming spore can live indefinitely over time without adverse health effects.

03
Acid resistance

Spore probiotics are not inactivated by gastric acid, the concentration is almost constant under pH2-pH8 condition. They can safely survive and pass through the stomach acid to the intestinal microflora, "germinate" into beneficial bacteria (remove the spore coat) and promote their effects. The beneficial bacteria safely reach the intestine without a decrease in the amount.

04
Multi-antibiotics resistance

Spore probiotics can be taken with most antibiotics available in the market, meaning that if you are being treated with Western medicines, prescription antibiotics, etc., you can still use spore probiotics to limit the side effects of antibiotics. It's because some beneficial bacteria can produce spores with the ability of synthesization of natural antibiotics and resistance to some antibiotics. Typical beneficial bacteria capable of forming spore are Bacillus subtilis, Bacillus coagulans and Bacillus clausii.

Spore probiotics technology of LiveSpo Global

LiveSpo Global’s spore probiotics technology can not only formulate spore-based probiotics in liquid form for faster absorption but also produce a combination of multi-strains of probiotics with high concentration up to more than 5 billion of spore probiotics per 5ml...
01
First Generation:

Naturally fermented foods (such as pickles, pickled tomatoes, yogurt).

02
Second Generation:

Normal probiotics (the components of which consists of normal bacteria and probiotics that are in a state of metabolic activity that cannot form spores).

Limits:

- Easily degraded during storage and transportation.

- Probiotics die out almost completely while passing through the stomach (a highly acidic environment), yielding unclear results.

03
Third Generation:

Spore probiotics in the form of nuggets and pellets (the ingredients are beneficial bacteria in the state of spores, but their purity is not guaranteed).

Limits:

- The product purity is not guaranteed.

- Inconvenient to use.

04
Fourth Generation:

Water-based spore probiotics, single strained (consisting of spore probiotics and distilled water).

Advantages:

- Very pure.

- Durable during storage and transport.

- Can pass through the stomach and bring clear effects.

Limits:

- A single strain of probiotics cannot provide strong and comprehensive effects.

05
Fifth Generation:

Water-based spore probiotics – Multi strained – High concentration (LiveSpo spore probiotics). Composed of many strains of bacteria in the state of spores and distilled water.

Advantages:

- Very pure.

- Heat and acid resistant.

- Durable during storage and transport.

- Displays the combined strength of multiple probiotic strains, making the product multi-targeting, fast acting, and clearly effective.

06
Sixth Generation:

Spore probiotics in spray form, active technology.

Advantages:

- Possess the advantages of fifth generation probiotics.

- Fast acting as it accelerates the germination rate of bacterial spores.

- User friendly.

The strength of Livespo Global JSC is

Multi-strains of beneficial bacteria -
Each strain of beneficial bacteria has its own advantages

Bacillus Clausii

Well known for its natural resistance to many antibiotics.

Bacillus Subtilis

  • Be able to grow extremely fast, forming a biofilm to protect the mucosa.
  • Be capable of synthesizing many antibacterial compounds with strong inhibitory and killing effects on harmful microorganisms.
  • Produce many enzymes, mainly digestive enzymes.
  • Stimulate the production of IgA immune antibodies.

Bacillus Coagulans

The only probiotic strain that can both secrete lactic acid and form stable sporulation. Lactic acid creates a slightly acidic environment, stimulates digestion, and well inhibits the growth of harmful bacteria.
