Dr Anh Hoa Nguyen (PhD)

Dr. Nguyen Hoa Anh was born in 1967 in Hanoi and graduated with an engineering degree in Microbiology and Food Processing Technology from Hanoi University of Technology in 1989. After gaining practical experience, he pursued further studies and earned a Ph.D. in Life Sciences from Tohoku University in 2001. 

Dr. Anh has published over 15 papers in prestigious international journals and holds four patents. In 2010, he founded ANABIO R&D, specializing in the development of spore-form probiotics as a natural alternative to antibiotics. Continuing this vision, in 2018, he co-founded LiveSpo Global, focusing on the production and commercialization of spore-form probiotics for healthcare. 

Dedicated to improving public health through his research and innovations, Dr. Anh is also passionate about traveling with his family and sharing knowledge about the benefits of spore-form probiotics.

I always keep in mind that, being a scientist, the greatest happiness is probably not in how many certificates of merit or scientific awards I have been honored, but more importantly the applications of my researches on real life, how it helping and serving people.

Prof. Dr. Anh Van Thi Nguyen (PhD)

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Van Anh is a leading expert in biotechnology and pharmacy, with over 15 years of experience in spore probiotics research. She earned her Ph.D. in Life Science from Tohoku University, Japan, in 2004 and has published 31 papers in prestigious scientific journals such as EMBO, Scientific Reports-Nature, and Vaccine, along with holding five patents. 

She has led multiple national and international research projects funded by organizations from Italy, Sweden, and Japan. Her outstanding contributions have earned her prestigious awards, including the “For Women in Science” award (L’Oréal – UNESCO, 2010) and the “Science and Technology Prize” (Vietnam National University, Hanoi, 2015). 

In addition to her research, Dr. Nguyễn Thị Vân Anh is a member of the Scientific Committees of the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health, and the Ministry of Trade and Industry in Vietnam. She also serves as a reviewer for international journals such as the Journal of Applied Microbiology and Probiotics and Antimicrobial Proteins. Furthermore, she has supervised the education of numerous Ph.D. students, medical specialists, and master’s students in biotechnology. 

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Viet Anh

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Viet Anh is an expert in food technology and biotechnology, currently working at the Institute of Food Industry. With many years of experience in research and teaching, she has made significant contributions to the development of food processing technology and the application of microorganisms in the food industry. 

Scientific Achievements Led and participated in numerous national and international research projects. Published multiple scientific papers in domestic and international journals. Supervised and trained many graduate students and PhD candidates in food technology. 

Main Research Areas Fermentation technology and the application of microorganisms in food processing. Development of functional food products and food safety innovations. Advanced biotechnological approaches in food preservation. 

Recognition Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Thi Viet Anh has received multiple awards in science and technology and has played an important role in scientific advisory councils. She continues to drive research and innovation in food technology, aiming to enhance food quality and safety in Vietnam.
